Robert N. Sensale practices in the areas of bankruptcy
and creditors’ rights, commercial and residential
real estate, commercial and civil litigation and general
business law.
Mr. Sensale has extensive experience representing creditors
in all types of bankruptcy matters. He has represented creditors
in connection with complex preference matters, lifting the
automatic stay, fraudulent transfer litigation, contested
use of cash collateral, adequate protection litigation,
lien-stripping litigation, assumption and rejection of executory
contracts, discharge and dischargeability matters, claims
litigation and plan confirmation issues.
Mr. Sensale has experience in appellate practice. He has
written numerous briefs and has argued before the Appellate
Court on many occasions.
Mr. Sensale also has extensive experience in commercial
and residential real estate. He has represented clients
in numerous real estate transactions including sales, refinances,
purchases and leases.
Mr. Sensale’s litigation experience involves real
estate issues including foreclosure, summary process and
other landlord-tenant disputes.
Mr. Sensale is admitted to practice in Connecticut in both
state and federal court. He received his B.A. in Political
Science from Providence College in 1988 and his J.D. from
Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1991.
