Pamela H. Del Negro specializes in corporate and healthcare
law.
Ms. Del Negro’s corporate experience includes negotiating
and documenting business acquisitions, formation and capitalization
of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies,
and advising business of all sizes on general corporate
matters.
Ms. Del Negro’s health law experience includes formation,
acquisition and merger of physician practices, negotiating
and documenting joint ventures, and review of proposed arrangements
for compliance with Fraud and Abuse laws. She advises physician
practice groups, hospitals, disease management companies
and other health care entities on healthcare issues and
general corporate matters.
Ms. Del Negro is admitted to practice in Connecticut and
Rhode Island. She received her J.D. and a Certificate in
Intellectual Property from the University of Connecticut
School of Law in 2003, where she was Managing Editor of
the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. Ms. Del Negro received
her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in 1999.
