Michael J. Ajello practices in the areas of civil and
commercial litigation and real estate law.
Mr. Ajello’s experience in commercial and civil litigation
includes breach of contract actions, collections and personal
injury claims. In addition, a large portion of Mr. Ajello’s
practice involves real estate related matters such as commercial,
residential, and condominium foreclosures, summary process
actions, landlord-tenant disputes, and other real property
related litigation.
Mr. Ajello is admitted to practice law in the State of
Connecticut. He received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley
Law School in 1995 and his B.S. in Political Science from
Northeastern University in 1989. In 1997, he was admitted
to the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Disputes Court. Mr. Ajello
is an officer in the New Haven Young Lawyers and an active
member of the New Haven County Bar Association.
